It has more than 20 consultants and professionals of other specialties from well-known universities, Financials, and government, all with years of experience in practical management and project implementation. With the basic ideology of scientism and Innovation, and priority of clients' benefit, we are engaged to make every effort to provide satisfactory service to the clients. Services Offered
1. Managing Project Development
Yalines manages project development for sponsors and their agents, whether they are in public or private sector, identifying and providing both financial and commercial development opportunities, and establishing scope, time, cost and quality performance through completion of the project.
This role also includes the provision of the overall management of the project, project co-ordination, planning and scheduling, information and design management, the establishment of project procedures, monitoring and control of construction.
2. Supporting Project Sponsors
Yalines recognizes some project sponsors wish to retain the executive management role. We support project sponsors and their teams to initiate, implement through project creation, project initiation, cost, feasibility studies, value management, information management, design management, organizational analysis, contract packaging and phasing, construction management.
3. Supporting Contractors
Yalines supports contractors in pre-qualification checkup and biding for projects and in the management of their contracts through construction management, information management, design management, production of procedures manuals, project quality management, planning and scheduling, site management, safety management and productivity management.
We are able to implement a system that will provide an up-to-date record of scope, progress and expenditure in a user-friendly form, to enable management control.
4. Auditing Projects
Yalines carries out project audits and diligence reviews for clients, who seek an independent analysis and appraisal of the client's project. Our clients are frequently sponsors or investors, who have a duty of care to fulfill, but lack either the time or the relevant experience to undertake a review themselves. Our project reviews are also in the form of feasibility assessments, risk assessments and value management assessments.
